Refunds, Exchange & Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including packaging and tags).
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

• If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Refunds are issued as store credit or back to your original payment method.
• Exchanges are allowed if the item is in stock.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item sent).
